This note describes the behaviour of this website. Document-sharing and data-handling arrangements for a professional engagement should be agreed separately.

The enquiry form

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. Its contents are not sent to a website form server, saved in browser storage or submitted to Chai Chronicles by this page. Opening a draft is not the same as sending an email.

The draft opens through your browser or device's configured email handler using a mailto link. This website cannot choose a specific email provider or send the message automatically. If no email app opens, select the text in the readable draft preview and paste it into your email service. The page does not access your clipboard.

When you choose to send the message from your email application, your email provider processes it and it is delivered to hello@chaichron.com.

Please keep the first message light

Do not include passwords, identity numbers, bank details or confidential documents. Your name, business stage and a general description of the help you need are enough to begin a conversation.

Cookies, analytics and hosting

This website's code does not set cookies, run analytics, load third-party marketing trackers or store form entries. Fonts are served with the website. A hosting or email provider may process ordinary request or delivery information under its own arrangements; this note does not make claims about a provider that has not yet been selected.
